How a Bill Becomes A Law
The bill is first proposed by congress which is then sent to a committee. If the committee agrees that the bill is ready, it is favorably reported. It is then enrolled and referred to the Senate, which passes it on to the House of Representatives or vice versa. Once both the House of Representatives and the Senate approve, then the bill is sent to the president for final approval.
